My experience trying on dresses was a dream. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and there were so many different sizes of dresses to try on. “I bought a set of Limoges china from a neighbor and wanted to purchase bowls and coffee mugs to replace the old fashioned handle and saucer ones (which I'd resold:) Phil, the owner,took the reins of my order and through his many years of building contacts w vendors, he called me immediately back w a quote and the time frame needed to have my items custom made from the Limoges/Havilland factory in France. I placed the order on Sept 2021 and was told it would ship in Feb 2022. Sure enough, Phil called me this week and my mugs and bowls arrived in immaculate condition to my apt in NYC all the way from France. A big WOW, you just can't get excellent service like that from many places anymore. I am so happy that I chose Imperial China. Top notch.”
