“I had the first time passport application here. showed up little early than the appointment time. No lines. Shayne was the clerk who took care of my application, very professional and with lots of patience. The process was quick, around 15 minutes. There's 15 minutes street parking in front of the post office, and 1 hour parking in the area. I had no problem with finding parking.”

The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by a gentleman named Will. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. “We were at the post office today getting passports done for our 3 kids, and Jose was absolutely amazing. He made what could’ve been a super stressful process actually smooth and even fun. He was patient, helpful, and so good with the kids — cracking jokes and keeping things light while still getting everything done right. You can tell he actually cares and enjoys helping people, which is rare these days. We’ve dealt with grumpy attitudes at other places before, but Jose really stood out in the best way. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location just because of him. Thank you, Jose!”

“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

Stop being cheap on the holidays Scarsdale people . Post office workers work soo hard to get yall packages in rain sleet and snow falling tripping just to rush to have lunch that’s really not long enough.
And the summers try to offer more water so they don’t die on your steps or pass out . It’s burning up outside and you think you have Johnny bravo carrying your stuff or Arnold swordsanegga or however his friggin name is spelled .

“Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”

“I honestly don't understand why the reviews are so negative from other people. Coming from Brooklyn, this post office is a blessing in comparison to what I've dealt with in the past. There is usually never any rush so I'm in and out and there is also a parking lot as well. I've only dealt with two staff members who seem to be there regularly and they are both extremely helpful and kind. I've been mailing out everything from here the past few months and don't plan to stop in the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work!”

“I have used this Post Office on a regular basis for over 15 years. The staff at the counter are unfailingly polite and helpful. Many have worked there for many years. I have often seen them be very polite and helpful to others, especially to people who had language or other difficulties. I cannot understand why anyone would criticize the staff at this Post Office.”

“Great fast and professional service. Needeď to get passport. It was wonderful to know they do the money orders plus photo. Yes their is a service fee. The photo quality was much better than the CVS around the corner. Less than a week, The passport State Government Office got my information quick. Well worth the quick passport appointment and traveling to this Larchmont Post office.”
