“For the record, I am posting this review to correct a survey I completed by email from the company on my experience with both in store and the Design & Service Center. First and foremost, my experience at this kay jeweler in cross county mall was exceptional, from when I first made the purchase, to receiving the item and having it sent back out for a second time. Each visit the staff helped me out as best and efficient as possible, getting me/ making my experience worth it. On another note, my experience with the Design & Service Center, was not great at all and as matter of fact, horrible. I purchased an item that needed to be sized, and the work done to it was just horrible. Looking at the item, you can see how poorly the job was done, due the uneven/ misshaped/ circumference of the ring. You think a craftsman who specializes in sizing/ fixing things would pay better details to something as valuable as the type of item being purchased, but that was not the case. So I post this to say my experience in store was great, but as to the Design & Service Center, not really a fan, as their work is horrible.”

I went for a watch repair that I'd been told was impossible/very costly at two other locations but the technician at Franklin Clock Shop happily performed the repair in minutes for a very low cost. He clearly was just interested in helping me and not only motivated by a high margin sale. I am very grateful that I found this honest and kind vendor.”

“Once again, Lee's Jewel Box came through for me. Over many years, I have taken my jewelry to Lee's for sometimes mundane issues--putting new backs on my earrings, e.g.--to more complex ones, like the time I broke a beaded necklace & the beads fell all over the floor. They restrung the necklace with all the beads put back in correct order & the new stringing was way better and stronger than the original. Last week, I took them a pair of favorite earrings that had been gold-plated, I wore them so often the original gold plate completely wore off. After first warning me "it might not take" they took my earrings to try & redo the gold plate. When I picked them up yesterday I started to cry. THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS JOB! So if you have treasured jewelry that needs repairing, refurbishing or just cleaning, take it to Lee's! You will be very happy, just as I always am. They are entirely trustworthy and will treat you well.”
