“Rivers Ledge is beautifully designed apartment complex in a park-like setting on the Mohawk River. It is impeccably maintained with the grounds taken care of every week and maintenance requests quickly resolved. The gym is outstanding and, for outdoor exercise, the complex is directly on the Mohawk Hudson Bikeway. An added bonus is that some of the apartments have an attached garage which sold us on the property. The office staff are always helpful with an attitude to resolve questions quickly with the needs of their residents in mind and they arrange community activities throughout the year. Having looked at many properties in the Capital District, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest and I recommend this place unreservedly. A great place to live.”

Leaving Van Allen is bittersweet, and I know it will be hard to find another place — or team — that can compare. I will truly miss the warmth, care, and genuine presence that made my stay here so special. If I could live here forever, I absolutely would.

“I came to visit one of my homecare patients here and honestly one of the most beautiful buildings ever for seniors! They have a wonderful community of activities. It is a very safe and secure building and you will not be let in unless a person comes down for you or they buzz you in from apartment. It offers 8 dinners a month included in rent along with utilities. Connected to senior services through the county who provide much assistance to our seniors. Transportation can be provided from Colonie transportation for weekly grocery shopping and stuff. I would live here if I could. Rent is not super affordable but also more affordable than many options locally. It seems like a good deal for what is offered. Go check out the beltrone!”
“Living in Mills 4 Building it 50/50 whether a package comes to the mailroom in the big building or my building. Jayson was very helpful in helping me find my package and is always asking if I need help everytime I see him and greets me with a smile.”

There have been changes in management since we have arrived, but the present manager and assistant are wonderful. Maintainance has always been very good to us on the whole. “I've been living at Park Hill apartments for over 3 years. I love it! The apartments are so big and spacious. The management for this community is amazing. Everyone at the rental office is also very helpful. Anytime I have an issue in my apartment. The maintenance guys will come fix it the same day. The pool in the summer is also great!”

“Latham Village Apartments have been my home for ten years and I have never had cause to complain! My apartment is very spacious and was spotlessly clean when I moved in. I lived in a second story apartment, first, then moved to a first floor apartment for convenience. My entire security deposit transferred. Their Staff are professional, courteous and on time with maintenance! In fact, their Staff have made follow-up phone calls, to check on satisfaction, which I appreciate. There are private entrances, porches and you are able to plant a beautiful garden outside your place! In the Winter, Maintenance shovels your porch and walkway, which I also appreciate! For those who show the Rental Office Staff and Maintenance Staff respect, it is returned. I plan to live here as long as I can.”
