“Latham Village Apartments has been my home for five and one half years, now and I have never had cause to complain! Their Staff is professional, courteous and on time with maintenance! In fact, their Staff have made follow-up phone calls to check on satisfaction, which I appreciate. There are private entrances, porches and you are able to plant a beautiful garden outside your place! Their pet-friendly policy is the least expensive I've seen, for apartment complexes, in this area. I think this will be home for a long time!-Margaret Joos”

“I came to visit one of my homecare patients here and honestly one of the most beautiful buildings ever for seniors! They have a wonderful community of activities. It is a very safe and secure building and you will not be let in unless a person comes down for you or they buzz you in from apartment. It offers 8 dinners a month included in rent along with utilities. Connected to senior services through the county who provide much assistance to our seniors. Transportation can be provided from Colonie transportation for weekly grocery shopping and stuff. I would live here if I could. Rent is not super affordable but also more affordable than many options locally. It seems like a good deal for what is offered. Go check out the beltrone!”

“I moved into Building 24 in August 2022. I literally thank God every day for guiding me to make this decision. Luizzi Property Management is extraordinary. When I believed, at my “senior” age, that it was prudent to give up my home of 37 years in the interest of safety (stairs, shoveling snow and ice, maintenance, etc.), there were a few nice choices to consider locally for apartment dwelling.Although budget was a consideration, Rivers Ledge far outweighed any other option I investigated – one of them also new construction. There is no comparison when it comes to the unique layout of the RL complex itself, and especially the quality features in each apartment. In a word . . . Luxurious!If I had stayed in my home and “updated” it to come even close to here, I would have spent a fortune, and I still would have been left with stairs to navigate for laundry, sidewalk and driveway to shovel, ice to chop and routine repairs.Here, I have NONE OF THAT!!!! The only thing I must do is replace the refrigerator filter every 6 months. I rarely need to contact maintenance, but when I have required assistance, response is almost immediate and thorough.I have a little dog that I walk daily, and it’s such a blessing to have a beautiful setting that is well lit, safe at night, and peaceful. No city cracked sidewalks or mundane boring, noisy, city blocks to walk. This is gorgeous whether I’m walking the River Front Park, the bike path, or the “loop” down toward the Community Garden and Fitness Center and back between apartment buildings. Even sitting in my own patio affords a beautiful view and such tranquility.When tenants missed our home gardens for flowers or vegetables, we inquired about the potential to have a community garden. We were heard! We didn’t just get a plot of dirt to do our planting. We have a lovely fenced area with raised beds and water sources in a pretty setting near the pond at one end of the complex. That is “customer service” at its finest! And you can’t compete with this view, the sunsets, the security, the friendly neighbors, the birds chirping and Eagles soaring.The benefits of the “Amenities & Features” speak for themselves. I’m looking forward to enjoying the pool and grills next year.Living here makes me smile and count my blessings every day.”

“I’ve been living at the news for almost two years now and I love it. The apartment staff is always friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and beautiful. I highly recommend anyone to live here! Plus it’s dog friendly so loves of really cute dogs to say hi too! My pup always love the free dog treats in the lobby and I’m so thankful for the pet bath!”

“I lived in Park Ridge for a few years while I was a student at RPI. Overall, a very nice place to live:- The apartments are very large with lots of closet and storage space- Management is very responsive and maintenance requests are almost always solved same-day- The neighborhood is very clean and well maintained - the greenery is pleasant and well manicured- Central AC and heat worked well- Proximity to the park is nice, its nice to easily be able to go for a walk in the park”

“This is a lovely community to live in! The office is very responsive and respectful of residents and their needs. There is garbage pick up in each of the 55 buildings, 6 days per week. The complexes are shoveled and plowed in their entirety around the clock during snow storms, to ensure tenant safety and also allow us to get out in time to leave for work, whatever time of day that may be. I have brought up some observations regarding pet safety and wildlife feeding and each were addressed promptly and discreetly. The office staff is so pleasant and professional. They are courteous when discussing tenant issues and make you feel valued as a tenant yourself. They take great pride in apartment maintenance, common area cleanliness, wonderful flowers and blooming trees and manicured bushes in the springtime, and clean pool areas in the summer time. I cannot express how pleasant of an experience this has been for me for the last few years.”

“I have ived at The Woodlands for 10 years. It's quiet, and conveniently located to shopping and the highway. The walk-in closets, washer/dryer hookups and parking spaces are a plus. The grounds are well kept and maintainence work is done quickly. There's a small pool and workout room near the Clubhouse. I just received a big gift basket of tasty treats from Rosetti Properties for living here 10 years. I think you would like it here too.”
