On top of that I came in today to get my car washed and had some sap still stuck to my car. Hunter made sure to get it off for me and showed me some really good products to remove myself in future as well. “I had my 2021 Honda CRV Touring detailed and ceramic coated this past spring of 2024 at Next Level Detailing (JP Harrell).
I had used Next Level previously and was impressed beyond the words already on most of the reviews already posted....I'll just add "incredibly good results".
This time however I put JP and his wonderful wife Lynn to a really big test......late spring there was a wet heavy snowfall locally and I brainlessly used an aluminum handled push broom to "push" the snow off my Honda and even though I realized the broom end had buckled due to the heavy snow I just kept on using the bent broom like I was dumber than a bag of rocks.
A couple days later I noticed a big scratch on my door handle and thought that was weird until I looked over the entire car.....OMG I was devastated seeing scratches all over the place and it was all my fault.
I went to my dealer and they said best thing to do is repaint the whole car and I said no I'll live with it.
On my way home JP came to my mind and while I doubted anything other than a complete repaint job I was up a creek.
Yes I knew JP's expertise but I doubted even he could salvage what I had messed up.
I wish I knew how to post picrures on here because JP somehow someway magically made my car 100% scratch free and looking better then when I bought it.
I write this on 10/17/24 after just washing my Honda by hand using ceramic car wash then rinsing and using a rubber squegee and microfiber rag...... start to finish in maybe 15 - 20 minutes as the ceramic coating looks like glass.
JP also treated my windows with something that I was skepticle about but now would recommend having that applied to any new customers as well.
JP and Lynn I apologize for my late review but I assure you that I shall return and offline I'll recommend you to anyone asking me where I got my car detailed.

As a lifelong Jaguar enthusiast of nearly 25 years, I’ve owned enough of them to know that these cars require experience, patience, and a high level of technical understanding — especially as mileage climbs. When my current Jaguar approached 95,000 miles, I began experiencing a hesitation under load on hills. After an initial diagnosis and repair, the issue unfortunately worsened, which was a frustrating result after investing a few thousand dollars.
However, this is where McGovern Jaguar truly stood out.
The head foreman, Chris, addressed my concerns immediately, spoke with me directly, and even met with me in person to go over the situation. Over the next several weeks, the team continued troubleshooting what turned out to be a complicated repair, with a technician even taking the vehicle home overnight to recreate the issue under real driving conditions. That level of attention and persistence is rare.
In the end, the issue was repaired successfully, and I was satisfied with the fair resolution we reached regarding the final bill. Their willingness to communicate, take accountability, and see the repair through is something I genuinely appreciate.
I will absolutely continue working with McGovern Jaguar in the future. For anyone who owns a Jaguar — especially one with miles and personality — their experience and dedication make them a dealership worth trusting.”
“Obviously free vaccums is why you come here. The car cleanings are ok but the automatic one doesn't get deep into the care for 25 dollars. Just you the self clean if you really want it to come clean. All and all great place for a car wash with options”

I got it back and the black protective coating spilled over on my running boards. I made my representative know about this. I was assured that it would be fixed up and it was. “My mom saw the ad and really wanted to donate to those in need yesterday. The staff were really kind to her, they came right up and discussed the donation process. She was a bit nervous as she never drives through carwashes. They offered to do it all for her, we walked through and booked a detail in a few days to give back to Hoffmans for doing such a kind gesture. Thank you”
