Hoffman Car Wash has been a family-owned leader in the car care industry since 1965, with multiple locations across the Capital Region, Binghamton, Hudson Valley, Mohawk Valley, and Southern Adirondacks. Known for its customer-focused professional team, the business offers an unlimited car wash package that many customers appreciate. The locations are praised for being super clean and equipped with free vacuums. However, some reviews point out areas for improvement, such as fixing potholes at the entrance and exit. While most customers find the wash quality satisfactory, there are occasional issues. One customer noted that their truck wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and another had a negative experience with a touch-free wash that caused scratches. However, the management responded quickly and kindly to resolve the issue, leaving the customer satisfied. Overall, Hoffman Car Wash provides a generally positive experience, with helpful staff and convenient services, despite some minor challenges.
