If the serviceman who I spoke to knew that the software update would take more than 6 hours, then why wasn't I asked to come in at 8am? Not a problem. I drove a courtesy car yesterday and most of today, filled it back up and brought it back.”

Not only did staff at AutoZone explain why the installation was difficult, they took the time to actually install the battery, in very cold weather, which took them about 40 minutes to complete. Staff was upbeat and friendly during the process. Highly recommend this AutoZone location!”
