“I had a very complicated situation with my 2020 M340i CPO, that I purchased in January of 2023. Note: I did NOT purchase this vehicle from Keeler. The selling dealer was 2.5 hours away from my home. I specifically purchased a CPO , for that reason.Three months into ownership, I had some problems with 'Drivers Assistance Reduced" warnings. Turns out, the previous owner of this vehicle did a dirty repair, using sensors from a junkyard. This was (obviously) missed on the CPO certification as the cert process does not include removing bumpers and checking all components.Keeler informed me that they could not repair this, under the CPO or remaining factory warranty, due to the fact that it had been damaged and repaired.I was a very difficult customer (and I am very sorry for my poor attitude when I learned of this problem). However, Tom (Service) and Alan (Manager) worked around the clock to find an acceptable solution. Working with BMW North America, and the selling dealership, Keeler was able to allow me to get the work done, locally - while billing the selling dealer, responsible for the CPO. This was a very unusual situation and Keeler was able to help make things right. Mike was always on the phone with me to discuss options. And Tom remained kind and professional the entire time I verbally expressed my dissatisfaction at the original problem. Thank you for all of that.Thank you for working behind the scenes to honor the CPO and get the job done locally.”

“After having two bad experiences in one day at other car dealerships, on the drive home my wife looked at Northway's website and saw a pair of used cars that were exactly what we were looking for. She wisely called them to ask if they were actually on the lot and still available, but couldn't seem to get a straight answer. The person on the phone wanted to create an account for her and kept asking information about her name, phone number, etc. Finally, the man on the phone conceded and said that one of the cars was still there.So, the next day we came to look at the cars. We were assigned a young salesman who seemed very pleasant. He couldn't actually find either car were were asking about on the lot, but apparently thought we were looking for a new car. We showed him the website and disappeared to find them. Surprise surprise... one was already sold and the other was so new that it hadn't even been cleaned out. But, I liked what I saw and loved the color so we decided to get serious about it.We ran the numbers and I ended up buying it. I had to come back the next day to pick it up and turn in the plates (which caused a bit of a problem as I couldn't unbolt them from my car, which lead to them offering a trade value for my 2005 relic with nearly 200,000 miles)! That aside, the used car was everything I was looking for and I am really happy with it.I have purchased two Toyotas from here, one new in 2008 and one used just now. I hate car buying but thankfully don't have to do it often. I understand that the new car market is tough (I overheard one salesperson saying that if a new car were ordered it would take months to arrive), and the used car market is just as bad. But, if a dealership is going to show cars on their website they should update it daily to remove cars already sold. Beyond that, I am pleased with the experience here.”
