I found the perfect car, a black Subaru Outback, at Northeast Acura, which was only the second dealership I went to. Once I decided I wanted to purchase the Outback, Dan Dejesus assisted me in quickly and painlessly getting all the paperwork situated. He was friendly, helpful, and communicative during the entire process. I was anxious about getting a new vehicle, but my experience at Northeast Acura was very low stress, fun even, and I came home with a car I am thrilled with.”

Tom’s style was wonderful no pitches just info and insight. I did end up agreeing to a vehicle. I also met Alexandra, business manager who was again thoughtful in her discussion. One thing of note was that I had asked for a test drive appointment but didn’t get a confirmation. The walk-in experience was good enough in my case.Now comes the hard part but Look forward to the start of this relationship.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Tesla Latham. Marcy is a gem and helped squeeze us in for tire servicing while on the road for Thanksgiving (we curbed or potholed and damaged a tire causing a vibration and steering shimmy). When I picked up the X I realized that my pre trip cleaning caused the driver seat to get stuck fully aft. Bill came on the line and spent 20 minutes with me to resolve the issue over the phone without having to make another 65 mile round trip. And, they have a full demo fleet available while you wait. The leadership of this location has done a great job finding a tesla team with empathy and professionalism. The solar/powerwall team departed early across their 8 plus Tesla fleet of trucks. The crews were busy loading batteries and jogged from place to place. This kind of hustle tells me Tesla is taking care of this team and the team is taking care of us as their customers. I’m so impressed. Suggest Tesla harvest their expertise and replicate this level of service nationwide.”

“Normally didn't have a problem. But the past two times they've touched my tires last time they changed my brakes and had to go back a week later for a grinding noise. This time I got a tire rotation. Was feeling a shake that got worse over the past two weeks. Figured it was the cold at first. Got home last night and was missing three lug nuts between my front two tires, and two more weren't even hand tight.Edit: I had Fred reach out and try to make things right. Seemed to be genuinely upset on my behalf. Hopefully won't have this issue in the future.”

“I feel like service departments can be a coin flip in terms of what you'll get but I had a great experience today. I should note that the visit started on a somewhat bad note. When I called for an appointment I said the car needed a 110k service (the service due light flicked on at 110k) and that I needed to wait for the car, but when I arrived the service person told me that 110k service isn't a suggested service but 115k service should be done instead which typically takes 3 1/2 hours. I wasn't ready for that so we talked through prioritizing different services. Once the car was on the lift it was suggested that the rear brakes be replaced and an alignment performed as well. I knew that I'd be driving a lot over the next few months and agreed to both. I was told it would take two hours to finish the job but it ended up being an hour and a half and came in slightly below the estimated cost. Faster service and lower cost!! The car is driving great; the alignment was definitely needed as I can feel the difference in the way the car drives. Finally, the waiting area is super clean, spacious and comfortable. If you need to wait a for a longer time there are several restaurants and big box stores (CVS, Lowes) close by so you can tick a few errands off your list while your car's being serviced.”
