“Matt was very helpful when I popped in without an appointment for a nail in my tire. Though they couldn’t take me at that exact moment, he gave me a time range for an hour later where they could probably squeeze me in. Though they were busy when I came back, they were kind, polite, and managed to squeeze me in quickly and get me back on the road.
Though I didn’t share it at the time, they were my third attempt to get the tire repaired that afternoon and were able to ensure that I could safely complete a several hour trip scheduled that afternoon!
Appreciate their flexibility and kindness- will be coming back for future needs :)”

Sam immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem, which was caused by 2 large nails in my tire. “Five stars because the service department was so amazing. The guy that put my Rimguard in my tractor tires was great. He did an awesome job and you could tell he knew what he was doing. I won't deduct a star but the front sales staff was not friendly at all. Don't unlock the door if you don't want customers coming in 5 minutes before their appointment and definitely don't have such an attitude. Again, once I got to the service department, they made it all better.”
“I had an appointment today (7-29-26) @ 8:00 am for my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. When I arrived, I initially spoke with (Jesse) whom I’m guessing is the shop manager. I mentioned that I was looking to conduct a test drive with one of the techs to point out an issue with delayed shifting with my automatic transmission. Jesse quickly assigned one of the techs to go on the test drive with me. The test drive lasted approximately 30 minutes. I drove first to point out the problem. I then had the tech drive afterwards and he was able to confirm the problem exists. When we returned to the shop, Jesse had the tech check the transmission fluid level as well as check for any possible leak. The tech returned and confirmed the fluid level was fine, and there wasn’t any leak. Jesse updated the repair order by mentioning that based on the test drive, the problem I described was confirmed by the tech and as a result, recommended either a transmission facility, or dealer for a transmission diagnostic, or a transmission replacement. I just felt that he truly cared about my situation based on our conversation, he went the extra mile. There was no charge for the time spent. I gave the tech a small amount for his time with me.”

Audi Manhattan is only 10 blocks from my apartment but the 187 mile journey to Audi Albany for expert and thorough service tells it all!!”
“What started as a frustrating visit driven by concern turned into a breath of fresh air thanks to Jason. I initially came in because warning codes appeared on my car. One code indicated that my ABS was off, which turned into a wrench icon. I went to the dealership and was told I could drive without the service tech looking at my concern or listening to my description.
SHOUTOUT to service manager Ron, who listened and determined it was unsafe for me to drive, then gave me a loaner.
My initial service specialist left, but I was fortunate to have Jason. JASON IS A ROCKSTAR!!!! He handled my case seamlessly, making frustrating contact with my extended warranty company. Thanks to Jason, I paid much less than the expected $4,000 for the repair.
Since bringing my car to Ford Latham, I've had great experiences with all service specialists—except one. Despite staff changes, service has remained top-notch. Thank you, RON and JASON, for your help. You guys are AMAZING!!!”
