I had such a Spectacular Customer Service experience today at the Latham Broadview that I had to leave a review. Amy at the counter was so helpful and pleasant and not how I’ve come to expect banks to be! Thank you!

Thank you to the nice guy with the super nice suit & awesome shoes (Mgr?). I work 3rd shift. Sleep during the daytime. When I woke up, the bad guys got my card (how do they DO that?!). I got to the door just as they were closing. He fixed 🙌 it! THANK YOU FANCY SUIT GUY !!!

I've been banking here since it was known as CapCom FCU. I preferred CapCom however you can't beat a credit union. No monthly fees, minimal minimum balance required and free Keurig coffee ;)
