“I had the good fortune of working with Tyler Akins, Theresa, and Chase Burdick (again) at the Latham location, and the difference in experience was night and day.
After explaining what happened at the Wolf Road branch—where my time was wasted and I was ultimately turned away—they immediately understood the situation. They recognized that the bulk of my needs required a notary/senior banker and handled it exactly as it should have been handled from the start.
What stood out most was the care. They listened, they were proactive, and they treated my time with respect. Everyone was pleasant, kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. Even the Merrill agent, who was only needed briefly, was great—efficient, understanding, and didn’t turn things into a bigger ordeal than necessary.
