The staff does not know what they're doing. Even in person with all my information in my hand I still could not get things done properly. I am still dealing with it. All I want to do is pay on my car so my credit doesn't go bad.

Worst Bank I've ever dealt with! Mortgage was originated with them and serviced with them. They inputted the wrong social security numbers which caused a nightmare!Web operation are completely dysfunctional as well.
