“Great business. Went above and beyond to help me. They treated me the way every business should. Refreshing to know there are still businesses out there who know how to serve their customers.Recommend this business for everything.”

“I recently purchased gifts online from this store for my son's girlfriend, as he's currently serving in the military. The owner was incredibly helpful and assisted me in selecting a different bracelet when the one I initially ordered was out of stock. When I arrived to pick up my order the following day, both the owner and another staff member who was wrapping gifts warmly greeted me, making me feel very welcomed. I also observed them extend the same warm welcome to another customer who entered the store. This happened today 02/14/24 @ 4:30ish. I'm impressed by the exceptional customer service I received and will certainly be returning to shop here again.”

“My daughter and I went in today for the first time and it was absolutely beautiful. Donna who helped us was so kind and made us feel so welcome. She has a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain the importance of the crystals to us. We can’t wait to go back.”

“The soap here is bar non. Pun intended. I particularly get a lot of benefit from the pine tar soap. Clears up any dry skin, keeps my hair soft, and makes my tattoos sharper. I feel the prices are very fair, and if you store the soap properly and ration it, they will keep for a long time!”

“Love this store, one of the only indigenous stores in the mall. The staff is always so helpful, and it’s my go to place to get Peruvian jewelry and decorations. They’re very affordable and have beautiful things.”

“Absolutely LOVE this location. Staff is so pleasant. I leave smiling every time I go. It is clean and the product placement looks great. The cash wrap area is never a mess either. It’s really an awesome shopping experience. I greatly appreciate my interaction with the store manager last week. He may not have known but I was really struggling. Thank you.”

“I went to SUNY Albany from 1989-1993. Like a lot of guys in my generation at that time, I had my ear pierced (I mean, I still do), and one day I went into Romeo’s to buy myself another earring. I’m not sure if I got myself a gold hoop or a silver hoop back then. Whichever I got, I am sure I still have it, packed away in my Trunk of Precious Things. (Don’t you have one of those?) I currently wear a silver hoop that I remember getting somewhere else, but I’m sure the Romeo’s one is in that trunk.

I’m writing this review right now because I was doing some Google Map tourism, which is a favorite pastime of mine, and decided to check on the memory of Romeo’s. I am thrilled and pleased that after all this time, Romeo’s is still in business there on Lark Street. I wish I could say the same about The Blue White Rainbow, which was on the other side of the street, and also had lots of cool stuff.

Cheers for Romeos!”

“I love this place. I try to come here every couple of months and something is new and different every time! There are so many things to look at. The jewelry here is beautiful and I’ve gotten some really fantastic pieces. Nothing is over priced which is hard to come by now a days. This store is such a staple to Albany, and Elissa is so kind and caring.”

“This store was very cute! Lots of good souvenir or gift type items. Things are a little pricey, but they had items that I've not seen anywhere else. Lots of cute options. Definitely worth a stop if looking for something cute to remember your time in the Capital Region.”

“This store is filled with a very nice variety of original paintings and handcrafted items from local artists. Definitely worth taking some time to look around at everything, there’s plenty to see.”

“Unique world-wide selection of household and artistic goods you won't find elsewhere.Note that given the nature of artisan production, availability varies. Singing bowls may stay in stock for years; but others (like my fabulous hall mirror - one of a kind), you might never see again. So if an item really speaks to you, it's best to buy it while you can.”

“The greeting card selection at Wit's End is without compare locally.
I am always searching for good 'blank's and the selection is tremendous. From beautiful art to ridiculous whimsy to just plain hokey, the team that selects their cards does a great job. Cards and Christmas ornaments, they are a must stop.
I love the customer service as well. I understand that any store so wonderfully 'nook and cranny', with so many bibelots and small treasures, must have an 'eyes on' approach and I appreciate the ready help when I do have a question.”

“The Edible Arrangements in Clifton Park are absolutely fantastic! Having wanted to surprise my dad for his birthday and his 600th yoga class, I wanted to surprise him with a healthy treat he could share with his fellow yogis after a practice in the hot room. The team at this store were amazingly communicative, kind, and put together a beautiful arrangement to celebrate my dad. Leaving out of the area, it’s hard to organize these types of surprises but the Clifton Park Team helped make magic happen. THANK YOU!”

“This store was a treat to walk into. There was a myriad of unique gift items, housewares, unique art, wonderful hand crafted chocolates that one fantasizes about.
Everything was set apart to see how to display the works,, if going to a new home.

Definitely a store I’d recommend, hope to visit again”

“For a relatively small store, it's amazing how much interesting (to me anyway) stuff there is in here. When I first walked, in, I thought it was mostly for kids, but as I strolled around, I was amazed in a good way at the inventory here, including an assortment of smaller games (card, dice, social, party, etc), "grumpy old people" themed socks, a variety of interesting books, and more. There's a lot of things here which I don't necessarily need but are still calling out for some of my discretionary income. I have quite a few friends who would also definitely enjoy coming here when they visit me.”
