I was stranded and my battery was dead but Tyler the service manager came in and saved me! The team moved their schedule around and fit me in, they were real life savers today.

I feel as if I have found a secret prize. This shop has always been helpful, quick and responsive. Getting an appointment over the phone was easy and work started on my car as soon as I arrived. Very pleasant, informative and honest staff. Keep up the good work guys

The service at Goodyear Latham was excellent. They diagnosed the problem, took care of my Car Shield approval and serviced the car quickly. The technician Shane was very thoughtful and informative. The customer service person was very helpful and welcoming.
