My last visit went well, I am totally satisfied with the work done on my Toyota RAV 4. Angela Brown was very business like, answered all my questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I am satisfied with the results of my last visit, and will continue to bring my RAV 4 back for service.

I had my last free maintenance this week. I paid to have the wipers replaced. Leaving the dealership in a snow storm the wipers DID NOT WORK. Also the service rep kept trying to sell me additional service packages. This made me uncomfortable. I will choose another dealership in the future.

When I dropped my car off the woman who helped me was very kind and listened and noted everything I needed to be done on my car. However when I went back the next day to pick up my car after everything has been done the man I first saw walking into the service center was kind of hostile. After I paid it took them over 30 minutes to get me back my car. Between the time I paid and actually receiving my car 5 employees had come up to me to ask if I still haven't received my car. Another woman was waiting with me for the same amount of time if not longer.

The overall experience with Allesandra was fine but when first assigned to Wil not so much. The whole experience was unsettling. When I went over to him for service I asked him if in addition to performing regular maintenence if they could remove a small dent over the back right tire. Someone dinged it after only having the car for 8 months. It's hardly noticeable but was upset it happened. He informed me they were not a body shop and could not help me with that. All it needed was a suction cup devise to pull it out that even I could have done in my garage but did not want to compromise any warranties. When I said are you sure no one could help me with that he got defensive and agitated that I would have asked him again. With that he looked at me and said it appears we are starting off on the wrong foot so I am going to pass you on to someone else and offered no other solution. Allesandra did offer me a solution and better advised me. I have had Wil in the past with no issues so was quite taken back that he treated me so unprofessionally. Never again will I go to him in the future. After paying over 30 thousand in March for a new car I expected more from him.

I was surprised to deal with staff who are very rude at this Toyota location. My service advisor, Will Baez was dismissive and acted annoyed with me throughout the entire visit. After a mechanic brought me into a room to meet with an advisor, I stood there looking clueless for several minutes until someone finally asked if I needed something. I was connected with Will, who rushed through asking what I need for my vehicle. After I left, he did call to tell me about a recall, which was nice. But after that, nothing. I received an email asking permission to go forward with very expensive services (replacing brake pads and rotors) with no explanation from him. Hours passed and it got to be an hour before they close. I called to check in on the status of my car and a woman told me that Will had left for the day. Then, she put me on hold for over 10 minutes to check on the status. While I was on hold, I received another email telling me that my car was done. Then, on my way to the dealership, Will calls me and says “your car is done.” I said “thank you” and he immediately hung up after that. Upon arrival, I found out that he was in fact still there, but he ignored me the entire time and I was told by someone else to step up to the payment desk. I had a coupon for my brakes which had been done and the woman said “for future reference, tell us when you’re going to use coupons ahead of time.” How am I supposed to tell anyone anything when I approve the service recommendations through an email? Then, the woman had to yell Will’s name to get him to come over and he still did not speak or look at me. The entire experience was disappointing. Usually, when I have maintenance done at other locations, I am met with welcoming, enthusiastic staff. The experience represents the opposite. I will not be returning to Northway Toyota any time soon for service. I truly hope that the staffing situation improves, as this is a convenient location for me.

Thank you Dan and Miles for assisting in the exchange of my car and my mother’s purchase of her SUV. Believe me it was a memory ? fantastic and fast service, definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an easy and accessible experience with customer service in mind. Believe me the customer service was EXCELLENT, they got us in and out as fast as possible while assisting all our services and accommodations. ?
