Spoke with me and answered my questions without any run around. They were quick to get back to me sooner than they said and my car feels amazing like off the lot. “Would give 6 stars if I could! I had an appt for my car’s inspection the day before a cross country trip, fully expecting all good reviews and to be ready to go since I didn’t notice or hear any issues. Turns out that wasn’t the case and I needed 4 new tires and new brakes - not an ideal situation and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. They were able to squeeze me in and get all the work done on my car the day I was leaving for my trip - and they got it done a couple hours before they thought they would, and I was able to leave earlier than planned.

“While there to get an oil change and annual inspection, I witnessed an interaction with an incredibly rude customer and staff handled it beautifully. The manager stepped in to take over for an employee that was being rudely spoken to, neither employee escalated the situation, and they simply gave the person what they needed and remained professional and polite. The entire waiting room agreed that it was a ridiculous way to behave, and that the staff was amazing! So impressed by the customer service and highly recommend.”
