“I purchased a fish tank stand, brought it home and opened it up. It was damaged. So I brought it back. They looked and didn't find one in stock. They offered free shipping, but it would take a week to get here(that was too long as the tank is already set up with fish). I asked if they could waive the fee for two day delivery as this wasn't a mistake on my part. A manager came over and actually found one in stock. Both workers were very friendly and they solved the problem!”
