The worst. I ordered a fireplace in Nov.8. 2021. Which was in shock. Now no one had the decency to call me to let me know that the fireplace wasn't coming on dec.2 2021. All I got was a sorry I can wait until January. I'm going to cancel and take my business elsewhere.

Hillary Hess was a delight to work with. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I never felt rushed, she was patient and very helpful. Excited to get my new bedroom furniture! Will definitely shop there again.
