Mike at the Latham, NY store was excellent. He provided wonderful assistance finding the bar stools we needed. Along with answering questions about sofas and entertainment centers.

Mike our Salesman and Mike the Mgr were both great to work with and we found several great pieces of furniture during our visit. Our salesman was very responsive and helpful in providing us with ideas and options and patient with our to and fro, measuring and mindful purchases. We visited the Latham location. Good parking and good experience and some lovely products there. Much better quality than online stuff and a pleasurable shopping afternoon.

My wife needed a couch, she found one at your store, service was good, polite, had the info, delivered on time, financing was easy, so overall it was a good experience, I would recommend your store to friends also if I need something I’ll go back to RF first.

We’ve shopped in West Springfield MA successfully, and online over the years. This was our first visit to the Latham NY store. We found everything we needed and then some. Erica was amazing!

Our experience at the Latham store with Mike Matthew’s was first rate. He was knowledgeable about the product and helped us find a good company to take away our old furniture. Delivery was right on time, the tracker is very useful.

Erika at the Raymour & Flanigan in Latham, NY is an excellent person to deal with! She knows a great deal about their store products. In addition to her being extremely knowledgeable, she greeted me upon entering the store, was happy to show me the products I was interested in purchasing, spent time explaining my choices, and was very cordial and courteous. I always have a pleasureable visit to this store!

I had a very smooth purchase experience with Hillary! I’ve been in rehab so my sister offered to do the shopping and follow-up details for an automatic bed that uses a remote to move the mattress. It was important that the bed be delivered and set up before I returned home. Everything went smoothly including my requested delivery date which was at least 2/3 weeks after purchase. Hillary has followed up since then and she’s always been helpful without being overbearing. Perfect balance……..?

Cap greeted us at the door and was very welcoming.He also showed us a new sleeping sofa that could be dismantled to go down a tight stairway. He was very knowledgeable and also gave us space to think about what we wanted.
