I usually come every other week and every time it’s good! My only complaint is some of the shopping carts won’t unlatch. Not a big deal but it’s annoying sometimes”

“My first time at Aldi was a week or so ago and it’s was a pretty cool place. You use a quarter to access a shopping cart. Shopping carts are wider than most shopping carts, and the aisles of the market where a good size but absolutely cluttered with people and other carts as well as staff restocking produce exc. alot of traffic in the store. They have good produce and pretty much sell one option per food item compared to other stores that have 7 different brand options. People use cardboard boxes as shopping baskets. It was a little like I was in another country. Staff was fast and efficient in checkout process. You bag your own groceries after you’re done checking out if needed - which is unique”

“2023 update: Cheaper of the chains around. Biggest complaint. Time to upgrade to allowing people to ring their own groceries up. Whether you put in unmanned booths or make an app to scan your own stuff and pay for it like BJs.While the cashiers that are there and come to work are always friendly and personable..They're not always there..time to come into 2023 ShopRite!”

Cut oxtail, snow crab legs (ask butcher for Crab!) Chicken breast, beef bacon, sausages, chicken wings Meat boxes, milk aluminum pans, you name it you may find it at Halal Grocery Neighborhood grocery New York Supermarket Follow the Chronicles.....”
“Visited there rarely,but i must say,their chicken samosa was way more delicious, unfortunately vegetable curry was unavailable, heard that curry is so delicious, similar to Bangladeshi cuisine. Good collections of various products, cookeries.Also bought their frozen fish vorta(Taaki), spicy and mouthwatering taste,but chicken kabab was not delicious as expected. But for other iems ( like Ice-cream,chocolate etc,easily available in Walmart or other stores,it'll be better to not buy from here,as these items are super expensive here).
But,their samosa,mixed vegetables in another level,must try item.
Overall,their staffs are very friendly.”

“I went to enter the store, which had an open side, only to see a chain across the gated entrance. Apparently, they're not letting anyone enter other than the folks who work or just hang out there.A man quickly approached and asked what I needed. “Staff here are awesome. Prefer the size of this smaller Price Chopper to the massive and overwhelming size of Latham Market 32 and Walmart, rarely do I have to wait in line. Also having a grocery store that’s walking distance from where you live is the best. There are few options in the area where you can get fresh fruit and veggies like this.”

“Greetings! Iam a regular customer at the price chopper at Albany shaker road where manager Brian heads up a great team! I was so impressed by the manager Brian this morning because I left my wallet home so I was flustered! And he came over and made it a point to tell me no worries sir I will personally pay for my 15 dollar order ! I told him I would return and pay him back. Iam in the festival food business as well as working for the State Assembly printshop . Your manager and staff at the price chopper at Albany shaker road are a class act ! They are courteous and friendly!

“The meat department is great, and the meat department manager is the absolute best! Overall the story is clean but quite small lacking variety. The staff is overall quite nice and they do the best given the smaller location. I do wish they would make the store slightly bigger and eliminate some of the parking space that doesn't seem to be used. It would make for more product availability and variety. The parking lot just doesn't seem to need to be so big. So, the milk expires days before the expiration date. Consistently. Otherwise a great store.”
“I have shopped at Price Chopper for almost 40 years. I pay close attention to sales to minimize my grocery expense.
One of my frustrations is the ecoupon program. My phone will not accept the app, so I am unable to use the program.
Many times there is either no machine or a non- working machine to print the coupons.
However, I was at the Niskayuna store and mentioned the problems I had, and the very helpful cashier told me that I just needed to mention the sale price and the cashier can make the adjustment.
She proceeded to do just that, which was very nice and made me happy that the process can work.
Thank you to that very resourceful and knowledgeable cashier!”
