“A truly incredible experience at The Bridal Shop through Second Chance Thrift Shop!! The Bridal Shop has stunning high quality dresses for affordable prices with the best part that it is all for a great cause. My sister booked an appointment for herself and when the ladies found out I was also engaged, they allowed me to look and try on dresses as well. Theresa, Marlena, and Linda were so kind, patient, and just a pleasure to spent time with. I loved hearing their own wedding stories! My sister & I both ended up saying “Yes to our dress”! I CANNOT say enough great things about this place.”
“I don't like the options the plaza offers with the variety of shops, fast food and services in the area. The main reason I stop in the plaza is to pickup grocery items at Market 32 and then to stop up the road at Walmart for anything I missed. There are a variety of fast food places to stop at near the plaza while running errands before heading home. I rarely use the services like the nail salon offered in the plaza but I like that goodwill is located here for people who would like to donate items. I sometimes stop at the Dollar Tree for craft supplies and party related items after leaving my dr.'s or dentist appoint on the same road.”
“I try to go when I am close just to hunt for items that are of interest to me. I found small size desk top clocks priced between USD 5 and 10, not bad. Also I look for radios and speakers, but never found any.”
“Beautiful thrift store. So many high-quality items. The clothes are clean, ironed, And well organized. Staff is very friendly. I happen to hit their end of summer sale. Everything was priced at two dollars Banana Republic, Talbots, Ralph Lauren. Some were even new with tags... All their merch looked new.”
“This place has so many different things to buy. Every time I visit I find something different and always leave with something. Prices are very affordable.. love this place!”
“Not an impressive selection but not bad either. Prices are a little high for some items like electronics. The staff is nice enough. Lots of women's clothing compared to men's. Actually a nice selection of framed paintings and canvas art. Unfortunately, I think in this area, Facebook marketplace is going to be more fairly priced and will have a better selection for the things I'd get at a thrift store”
“They have organized the store nicely, friendly staff. My daughter, granddaughter and I love looking through aisle by aisle to see what we can find.I got a beautiful Vera Bradley Paisley bag for 10$. The girls had fun looking but didn't find anything. It's always fun to search the goods”
“Everyone was really friendly. Two of the employees helped me put heavy furniture into the truck I rented and had useful advice on how to pack everything safely for travel. Several employees let me know about different discounts I could be eligible for too. The quality of all the furniture was great with a lot of solid wood and glass options. A little damage on some things, but that's to be expected with second hand items. The furniture is much cheaper than what you could get new or at an antique store too. Example: A full size china cabinate for $75 that I wouldn't be surprised to see being sold for 700 (or even twice that!) somewhere else. A great place to get a great deal!”

“Fairly good selection overall. Floors and changing rooms are pretty dirty. Large selection of glassware. Prices are $2-$12 for most clothes. Will definitely come by again!”
“Hi,
I'm a 76-year-old Vietnam veteran and I stopped at the Salvation Army store in Latham about 2-3 times a week and I feel that I have to recognize one of your employees.
No matter how busy it is at the register, an employee named Veronica is always friendly , efficient and most importantly, she is ALWAYS HAPPY. Not only is that rare, it is something that the Salvation Army management should reward.
I took the time to write this review and I hope that SA takes the time to recognize such a wonderful employee.”
“Love a good thrift store! Great finds, prices range and discounts every day on certain color tags, large store, parking is plentiful, good sized furniture area, many items NWT, lots of Zara clothing. I’ve also donated a lot here… that system could use some tweaks because I’ve been sent away on some days when they’re only accepting certain items… and there’s no real way to know that until you load up your car and get there, and get turned away lol. Donation area staff are not really ever in a hood mood but I just smile and bless them and head on my way! ?”
