The light hasn't been back since I got my car back, I almost forgot what it was like to drive without it staring at me. Donna was amazing and she offered so much help and explained everything clearly. Everything was written down on the invoice. “After being told that we needed new brake pads and rotors all around and being quoted $1100 for the job, we decided to bring the car for a second look. Having moved further away, it's not all that convenient for us to get to the shop, but we will never go anywhere else again. They looked at our brakes and told us we did NOT have to have our brakes done yet - how rare is it to find a mechanic that won't just take you for a ride?! Great shop!”

“Came in today with an intermittent problem, a grinding sound when braking while reversing. They were able to narrow the issue down to it only occurring when the wheel was fully turned and discovered it was a bunch of the plastic shielding under the car rubbing against the wheel. They were able to screw a bunch of it down and only charged me $33 for the repair.It's not often you go into a shop expecting to pay hundreds and walk away only paying $33.I'll be bringing my cars to La Barge's in the future”

They answered all of my questions (without being patronizing) including letting me know that I had some time before I needed to get the repair done, they offered a range of pricing options for used transmissions, and they took care of the work promptly when I did bring my car in to get it done. “Our truck broke down. We had to have it towed. I don’t live in that area so I just picked a place to have it towed to. Chuck called me the next day and told me that it would be a little bit before he could work on my truck because they were so Backed up but a couple days later he called me and told me what was wrong with my truck and told me that he could fix it the next day. We were so thankful that he did that for us so fast I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service and his wife Deb was just as nice. These two guys are straight up professionals in all they do. You heard it many times that car salesman's are snakes and out to get you. These two are completely opposite. I took in a lease that I had early and had over miles and they were able to make it happen for me. There are plenty incentives out there now so if you're looking for a Jeep, Ram, or Chrysler stop by and ask for these two gentlemen. They make the process easy to understand, no hidden fees and they don't push you into something you don't want or need. The entire process took a couple hours in and out the door in My new Ram which I'm thrilled to be in.
