VERY unprofessional in front of customers. Two grown men passive-aggressively arguing about a lunch break in front of all the customers in the store. Wouldn't be a big deal if one of them hadn't dropped a curse word. really immature. Go to a corporate Verizon, not this place.

Went to the Verizon store in Latham to upgrade my phone. The rep David was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and had a really good rapport and sense of humor. Overall a great experience

Great customer service for purchase. However 3 months later, the "Case-Mate" tempered glass iPhone 14 Pro camera protectors that we bought for $30 each broke on both our phones. The glass shards got lodged in our hands and caused a lot of bleeding on both mine and my wife's hands. The store rep refused to help in any way and said I can buy a new one if i wanted and to "Have a nice day". Verizon wont issue a refund and Case Mate only has a warranty. Why would I want another one? Stay away from the camera protectors!!
