Great manager! Joe really went above and beyond for me. The only complaint is it was quite short staffed given it’s Xmas week. I waited 45’ before anyone was available to help me. Was there for 3.5 hours. Tedious process. That requires more staff to handle the volume at this time of year and on weekends, too.
