Came in to return a phone, and got spectacular customer service. Gavin, the representative at the front, made it so easy! His presence makes walking into Verizon so much more welcoming.

Went in to pick up my new phone, and the guy at the entrance was as nice as could be. Expected to be there for at least half an hour, and he got me out within 5. His 17 years of experience really show!
