“Just stopped in to get some antifreeze before I got on the road in the afternoon. I called the night before to see if they had any coolant that was compatible with my car and the gentleman I spoke with said yeah so I went the following day and the shelf was empty. I spoke with a lady (didn’t get her name) at the front and she seemed like the manager but I explained to her that I needed coolant and she walked me over and the shelf was empty. Long behold she told me to wait while she checks to see if they have any more and after 5 mins of waiting, she came out and found one for me. I am thankful to her for going out of the way to help me out because some places or people would just tell you that they’re out of stock and the refill when you leave. So Thank You to that lady who helped me yday as she was also very polite.”
