“I recently used this collision shop in Elmont, and they made a stressful situation completely stress-free. They took care of everything with my insurance and even organized an Enterprise rental car for my pickup, meaning I literally had to do nothing. It was seamless service from the moment of drop-off all the way to getting into my car rental. Dayanna is the best! She kept me updated, handled the logistics perfectly, and provided incredible customer service. I highly recommend them if you want a hassle-free repair experience.”

“I had an accident and my insurance told me to go to Floral Park Auto Body and I must say they are Beyond amazing. I took the car in on a Thursday and was told they will keep me updated through the process. The following day they called me and told me they ordered the parts and that the parts should be in by Monday and my car will be ready by Friday due to the damages. Monday comes along they called me to let me know they started to work on the car. Wednesday comes along at 3:30 they call me and let me know that my car was ready and they took a picture and text me the photo of their job and how pretty my car looks. When I picked up the car I was amazed at the job that they done and the EXTRA stuff they did without asking was amazing and a blessing. I would most definitely recommend and tell everyone I know about Floral Park Auto Body. Who doesn't want their car return to them sooner than expected, to look better than what it did and to find out some scratches buffed out. I swear I was just picking up a new car off the lot.”

“I had an excellent experience with this autobody repair shop! I needed my passenger-side mirror completely replaced, and from start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. I initially spoke with the owner, Brian, who happened to be on vacation with his family. Even while away, he was incredibly helpful and encouraged me to bring my vehicle in so his team could take care of it. That level of customer service really stood out to me. When I arrived, Andy greeted me kindly and helped escort my vehicle into the garage. He and Fernando worked together to complete the replacement, and they were both professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. The work was done perfectly, and I was back on the road without a long wait. And an extra bonus: the owner’s dog was hanging out in the office! I got to give some pets to a very good boy while I waited, which definitely made an already great experience even better. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be coming back if I ever need autobody work again! Thank you, Brian, Andy, and Fernando!”

“I was in a car accident recently and I had to get some bodywork done. I was given a few options to choose from and I’m 100% for selecting ideal Auto Body Services. They made the process so easy. I arrived on my scheduled day, and was let by Chen. He took me through what would happen. He even took the time to contact the car rental for a pickup. He did a full walkthrough with us of the car to note what needed to be repaired and confirm the condition of the rest of the car. This actually made me feel more at ease. iDeal Auto Body kept us informed when the estimate and the scope of the work needed to change. They worked with our insurance company to arrange the rest. They were done in 4 business days, which was so much quicker than we originally anticipated. Pickup of our car was just as quick and painless. This time we worked with Leo, we did a walkthrough of the car, he explained their warranty and had everything done in less than 20 minutes. I will say this, they even fully cleaned the interior of the car. This was an unexpected surprise which we appreciated. Amazing work! I am genuinely happy to have worked with them to get our car fixed. Not that I ever want to get into a car accident again :). But if I do I’ll definitely bring my business here. I give them top marks on: customer service, communications, speed and quality of the work. Thank you to, ideal Auto Body Services if Floral Park!”

“They fixed my window after my car got broken into way sooner then they had estimated which I greatly appreciated! The services I had done were decently priced, there’s a star missing only because there was some glass left under my seat where the damage had happened.”
