I came in to complete an online return and was missing one of my receipts. Taleah was incredibly helpful and patiently showed me how to locate the receipt barcode through the Children's Place app, making the return process smooth and stress-free.
In addition, she took the time to help me find the sizes I needed in the store, which saved me from having to place another online order. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations.

“Aside for Junee's varied selection of beautiful clothes, great sales and spacious fitting rooms, I must give thanks for their excellent customer service, which truly can make or break a shopping experience!! Shout out to the wonderful Alejandra, who has helped our family on numerous occasions - always with warmth, patience and a great eye!! When I came in with all my kids (who really, really did not want to go clothes shopping right after school), she went above and beyond to help with a difficult fit, going back and forth for multiple sizes and styles, and contacting other branches to see if they had the specific item that we found worked. As she's done in the past, her kindness and easy going manner, made me feel like she had all the time in the world for my children and I- while at the same time, I saw that she managed to balance helping other customers as well. I was feeling pressured and overwhelmed that we were taking up so much of her time but she reassured me that it was really fine and not to worry. Once again, I left Junee's with beautiful clothes and a wonderful experience! Thank you Alejandra!!”
