I went into the store and Esteban was quick to help me get connected to WiFi on my laptop and track my phone down. “I visited there to pay my bill in cash, I was informed that the machines were removed 2 years ago. I was assigned a niece gentlemen who reviewed my account and gave me instructions. I walked out sharing pleasantries and,but left my wallet there. I went to a nearby store and when I was about to pay, that is when I realized I did not have my wallet. This is New York! I went to my car, thinking it fell in there, I found nothing! I keep my personal items tagged, so went to my phone and saw that it was in the T-Mobile shop, I ran back thinking I left it out in the open. My wallet is a card holder and money clip style with $150 bucks cash exposed. As soon as I walked 1through the door the gentlemen that helped me shouted wallet, the manager went to a desk and handed me my wallet wrapped in sealed plastic! This is just another reason why I wouldn't switch my service no matter what the competition is offering! Thank You! Sorry I dont recall their names, hopefully this will be seen by management!”

They are all super knowledgeable and have A1 customer service. I would definitely suggest visiting this location even if its out of your way, the store is very clean and well stocked also.”
