“EXCELLENT customer service provided here by Jahaira. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. She answered all of our questions got us the phones we wanted, and also reviewed all of options to save us the most money, all while doing it with a smile. Due to phone limits we had to create another account and she explained the process. She even reviewed the other account that was opened at another store to make sure we got all the proper promotions. Only minor complaint is that they did not sign us into the queue right when we entered so they lost track of who was supposed to go next so we got skipped over by 2 customers. However, Jahaira's service was worth the wait!”

“Don't go that store, never trust that Indian woman! Can't believe things getting so bad: I went to 9806 ask what type of wireless chargers for my Samsung note 9, that Indian woman told me $80 HYPERGEAR Magnetic Wireless Power Bank works for my phone, but no return. I confirmed that she said again it works for my phone as she checked on store PC while my phone is dead. I said NO NEED RETURN IF WORKS, so I tried in their store didn't work, she told me bring home to fully charger the bank then it will charge my phone, but next morning I returned as it's still not charging my phone after almost fully charged the power bank.... She was busy with others so I waited 2 weeks later to ask: She said it charges iPhone! No return !!! WTF! Don't go that store, never trust that Indian woman!”

“Man oh man oh man. I came in to get my TFranklin examined and walked out with a router. That was not my intentions!!! Yesterday on January 4th I received topnotch customer service off the bat(Great sales people too if I might add), from any experience I've had with other phone companies/internet. Although when I came in it was slightly busy but I didn't wait long at I was noticed when I came in and when the lady( I believe she was the manger, forgot to ask for her name) was done with one customer she quickly came to me and asked how could I be helped. From There I was introduce to Robert, who is very knowledgable & helpful (which I later discovered is a Pokemon master). Answered all of my questions no problem convinced me to get a router and now here we are in the review section at 10am. Thanks for the great service really helped a brotha out I almost forgot we was in East New York.”
