“This review is long overdue. I’m not a T-mobile customer but lost my iPhone in an uber. I went into the store and Esteban was quick to help me get connected to WiFi on my laptop and track my phone down. The entire staff was supportive but Esteban M is the epitome excellence in customer service. Thank you for being a good human being. T-mobile definately has an asset in him. Grateful.

“I visited there to pay my bill in cash, I was informed that the machines were removed 2 years ago. I was assigned a niece gentlemen who reviewed my account and gave me instructions. I walked out sharing pleasantries and,but left my wallet there. I went to a nearby store and when I was about to pay, that is when I realized I did not have my wallet. This is New York! I went to my car, thinking it fell in there, I found nothing! I keep my personal items tagged, so went to my phone and saw that it was in the T-Mobile shop, I ran back thinking I left it out in the open. My wallet is a card holder and money clip style with $150 bucks cash exposed. As soon as I walked 1through the door the gentlemen that helped me shouted wallet, the manager went to a desk and handed me my wallet wrapped in sealed plastic! This is just another reason why I wouldn't switch my service no matter what the competition is offering! Thank You! Sorry I dont recall their names, hopefully this will be seen by management!”

“I use this store for my Amazon Pickups. They hold your orders for 7 calendar days. The store is neat & clean. The store workers are very delicate & responsible with your packages. The store is open long hours including Sat/Sun. They’re lifesavers for Amazon shoppers who are not able to use their own place for deliveries.”

I was very fortunate to receive superlative customer service from Mikey, one of those genuinely good persons whose warm yet professional work ethic is not motivated by self-aggrandizement or competitive recognition. All the while, he reminded me of how my Wi-Fi modem issue was as important as his schedule. He was selflessly generous with his time and knew how to listen without being judgmental.
