Very rude. Did not help me at all. Refused to even talk to me about my problem and just told me to call Apple. Very disappointed with the service.
Got nowhere. Employee provided tea and sympathy. Explained the store was not empowered to correct the issue in my account. Actually, I don't blame him. He's doing the best job he can. Corporate sucks. No better than Sprint, who I abandoned after 14 years.
Staff here is very helpful. When our brand new phones weren't working. They sat down with us n rest and helped us. They even recommended a store close by to send our old ones back
