“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

“So I broke my car mirror, I'm good at that stuff and my friend suggested coming to Puma's autobody. I called them and they were very patient with me making a few phone calls to see if they had the car mirror ready. After a few days when the mirror was ready I walked in, paid and waited for them to fix the mirror. They were fairly quick with it but it wasn't intensive work that would take hours. The staff was also very nice and friendly.The office of the shop was amazing, probably one of the best body shop offices you could ever see. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. They had coffee service, so much seating, and a lot of good art around. I felt like I was waiting in luxury.If you need a body shop around Island Park this is the place to go!”

The employees at excel auto body helped me get in a rental and kept me updated all times with the progress. Not only were they super helpful but I received my car looking 100x better than I originally got the car from the dealership.They cleaned the whole exterior and interior of my vehicle. “In the fall of 2019 I bought a used 2010 Camry from a car dealer in Queens with only a 30 day warranty. I took it to Bryan's auto. He told me it was in good shape but joked always to get a used car checked out before buying it. I mostly had minor repairs that were fixed the day of when dropped off in the morning.In October of 2022 my car broke down in the middle of Pennsylvania. The mechanic there told me the engine was shot and offered my $500 for it. I called Bryan and he strongly suggested I get it towed back. I did, and although it was a major repair it was not as bad as the guy in Pennsylvania told me.I'm writing this to thank Bryan's Auto for their time. The car is now with my sister in Illinois, and their mechanic told them it was in great shape.”
