Fresh ORGANIC fruit and vegetables - and prices are very reasonable for these.
They have a loyalty program also.
I can find all the healthy grocery and pantry items here, as well as haircare and household.
Fabulous vegan products, including vegan meat and dairy. They do also carry regular meat and dairy.
Very lovely, friendly and helpful people working in the store.

“I've been buying meal preps from this location for about 2 years now. I've always loved the recipes and flavors the meal preps offer.., but as of lately the quality of the food isn't the same. It seems they have gotten a bit stingy with the meat.This meal specifically is a low carb meal, so you can expect a lot of veggies. But it's mostly batter, veggies and a very small amount of meat.When you're paying $10-13 for a meal- you expect a little more. But, I'll still buy more meal preps, it's just something for them to be mindful of.My favorite are the overnight oats!! They are the best ever.”

“I have been shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe for over 12 years, specifically at the Oceanside NY store and always I've had a pleasant experience. The variety, price, and quality of the vitamins and other products are very good. Finally, I must praise the customer service there: the salespeople are knowledgeable, helpful, and do not bother me when I want to be left alone; they are great. Also, the rewards program is excellent. I highly recommend the store. It is clean, organized and the layout is open and interesting.”

“I've been a regular at this Vitamin Shoppe, and overall, it's one of the better supplement stores around. The store is always well-organized, brightly lit, and clean, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff are a standout — incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. Whether you’re new to supplements or a long-time customer, they make you feel welcome and well-informed.
My only gripe is the recurring issue with stock on the Isopure glass bottled drinks in the lemonade flavor. I like to buy them by the dozen, but they’re rarely available in-store in those quantities. Ordering online isn’t much better — inventory doesn’t always match up, and there’s a $6 surcharge that makes it less appealing.
Despite that, it’s a great location with top-tier customer service. Hopefully, they can improve the in-store availability of certain popular items.”

“I placed an order online for pickup. This location responds quickly, and my order was ready in less than an hour. Other locations may take longer. This Vitamin Shoppe is located at a small shopping mall called Rego Center. I often come to Rego Center for Costco and only recently decided to check out Vitamin Shoppe because of their deals on health/nutrition/energy drink products. The store is not usually busy, and the staff seems quick and efficient. I do not know how knowledgeable the staff is since I did not ask any questions about the products. I purchased Alani Nu energy drinks and Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. I will definitely come here again. The best way to save on these health nut-type products would be to create an account online on Vitamin Shoppe. There are tons of deals throughout the year and a rewards center. The key is to purchase all the products you will need in one order because they have discounts (Buy One, Get One 50% off, Buy any 3 items or more and save 20%, $15 cashback when you spend $75). The best thing is that you can combine two active deals. Plus, by using the auto-delivery option on a product, you can save an additional 10%.
