“My boyfriend were on the market looking for a second vehicle. We wanted something safe, reliable, and overall an experience with someone who was honest. We went a few places and nothing fit our needs. Often salesmen were pushy or tried to get us into something e we weren’t looking for. However, we stopped at this little dealership (that I didn’t even know existed) and we found the one. A 2010 Subaru Forester from the south. No rust, no big issues, and for a great price. The owner replaced all of the standard things that need replacing on older Subarus and fixed anything that may have been wrong with it when he got it. He was very accommodating and got us on the road in 3 days (we got new tires on it and it fell on a weekend. A few days into driving it, we noticed some smaller issues and they fixed it without any issue at no additional cost to us. We are very pleased with our decision and cannot thank Fastec enough for a great experience! We will definitely come back for mechanics and future cars!

“I broke down on a trip through town for two separate issues, one was a over torqued drain plug and the other was damaged spark plugs and ignition coils. I was able to hobble the car over and they were able to loosen my drain plug. They didn't charge me for the help. I then changed my oil, replaced the plug and tried to identify the problem. I thought it was the cat converter, but he was pretty sure it was my coils. He identified the problem and showed me my damaged spark plugs, noting that the 2nd plug seemed to have damage from the coil as well. I purchased the plugs from across the street and I was only charged labor. Couldn't be more grateful, I appreciated not getting scammed and working with me despite how I might have seemed. I bought a duralast coil from a local autozone but I ordered an oem coil to my house.”
