“My daughter (SUNY Geneseo student) had a near-flat tire over Labor Day weekend. She was able to drive her vehicle to Scorsone's Service Center (right near the college) and leave the vehicle & key drop-off with some quick notes. They had the vehicle ready for pickup the very next day after the holiday weekend. She had never had to visit Scorsone's prior to this, but they were so kind to get her on their schedule to fix the leak in her tire within one day. “The alternator in my Jeep died while driving to ROC airport early morning. Called them about 6:00am, he was returning from another tow and got to me by 8:30. They came with a flatbed and towed the Jeep to their garage, verified the alternator was bad, ordered a new one that was delivered in 45 min and installed it into the Jeep. I was back on the road by 12:00!! The price for all services was more than fair and an overall great experience at Jimmy's. One isn't supposed to swear on retreat, I guess, but I'm ex Navy :) checked reviews and distances and went here. WOW! “My 6 YO battery died and M&R took me in THAT DAY without appointment. They tested the battery and found it to be poor. They could have just sold me a battery and been done, but they tested the charging system and examined the electrical system for any leaks and found none. Always going above and beyond.”
“Sunday on a rental car from Enterprise, I blew a rear tire on the road. The only tire shop that was open was this one. When I arrived the guys told me they were an authorized Enterprise service. The manager Ryan Smart and Randy the technician, did just a great job and were helpful. It took them an hour and a half to call Enterprise to get confirmation for a tire replacement, my tire was not repairable and I had to go back to NYC.
These guys deserve 5 out of 5 stars.”
“We were coming back from Niagara Falls, on the way to Jersey. Unfortunately, we got a flat tire on I-390 S, Dansville, NY. We called roadside assistance but it was 530 PM EST, Saturday and we were still 300 miles from Jersey.
I know, I am not the only one who gets tensed in the situation, not like I can't handle it, it was like- almost all the auto stores were getting closed, and what if we did not find any store? we would be stuck.
We google and found this store, which was closing at 7 PM. Roadside folks did change flat with spare, and it took us 45 minutes to reach Walmart Auto Care center from the spot, and we reached there by 6:40 PM EST.
We requested them to accommodate us. One supervisor came and told me they had to change all 4 tires (some thread thing in the tire and it was not in compliance with Walmart policy).
I was shocked, I have a new 2023 Mazda model and only one tire got flat, and why I have to change all 4 tires?
I decided I would stay at some motel nearby, get the tire changed in some local store, and reach Jersey the next day.
But somehow their other employees came forward and they did agree to change the tire (they discussed something). I am trying to find their name on their website, could not found, also called the store as well to find the name of those good souls, but no one picked up the call.
Anyway, it took them 30-35 minutes to change the tire, they did some verification, and TPMS check, and we were good to leave by 730 PM EST.
I wanna thank their staff (one big guy, it's him in the photo with the ith car), one thin lady (Erin), and another white short guy (must be in his 20s)- thanks for saving us.
We did reach Jersey by 1:15 AM.”
