“I bought a set of mirrors from them in the fall of 2023. Shortly after buying them, one of the mirrors just malfunctioned. It would just dangle and not hold it's place. For months I've been wondering how I could fix it. Today I found the time to bring the bike to them and the owner BO was behind the counter. He was extremely polite and understanding. Without even asking for my receipt(which I've since lost) he took a look at it, not ogave did he give me a replacement, but he put the new one on the bike!! FOR FREE!! I have nothing but respect for him. I'm now a loyal customer for life! It's refreshing to know good people like him are still out there making the world a better place one day at a time.”
