“Dawn was so helpful for my flooring project. Helped me understand options, recommended installers, and made me sure I went to the right place. Reese was also helpful during my many stops there as the project came together. I ended up using Edwin and Danny. The flooring came out beautiful and I am so happy with the painting.”
“Loved every step of the experience. As soon as we walked into Floor Decor, we realized quickly that they had so much more to offer. Their space is decorated with furniture, art and very cool items that add the finishing touches to any space. This place is a design center, not just your run of the mill flooring store. Their spaces inspires creativity. Casey was super pleasant and knowledgeable …pointing us quickly to flooring options that met our budget. Glenn was welcoming and made us feel like family —- down to earth and super cool.
We opted to use Glenn’s installers who were timely, professional, clean and have great taste in music! ?. They did a great job laying the flooring in our basement.
Once we finish our space, we will share pictures.”
“A couple years late writing this review, but it’s well deserved. We bought a few rugs and a stair runner here and couldn’t be happier—great quality, reasonably priced, and the service was excellent. Robert gave thoughtful recommendations that helped us pick the perfect options. A few years in, everything has held up beautifully even with a messy toddler and a dog running around. Highly recommend!”
“Customer service was awesome! I needed them to hold my carpet for two months because I was going through construction, they were very accommodating and easy to work with. The installer was professional, friendly and thorough. Everyone from receptionist, salesman, scheduler, installer and owner were on point! Highly recommend!!!”
“Bill and his crew did an awesome job installing my carpet. They were on time, courteous, friendly and did an excellent job installing the carpets and left no mess. Highly recommend Jim Flack (we used them several times before) and highly recommend Bill and his team.”
“I am very happy with the carpet and runner I purchased. The store has a great selection. I was undecided about the type of carpet & what color would go with the furniture. Bashir took the time to explain the difference in the carpets & helped me make the right choice. I would definitely recommend Bashir & Carpet Craft.”
“Everyone that I deal with, Theresa, Jill, Monica couldn't be nicer or more patient! I love sending our customers to them. They are so pleasant and professional. Kudos to all!

“I walked in to Fuhrmans Carpet & Floors to inquire about a repair for some cellular shades. The store that I originally purchased them from no longer sells shades. Mike, the owner was kind enough to contact a shade repair company that he deals with and he set up an account for us to ship the shades to be repaired. We received the shades today and they are perfect. I can’t say enough about how kind it was of Mike to help out even though we had not purchased them there. I will definitely be buying my next window treatments from Mike!”
“I drove here for 1.5 hours, and it was so worth it! Great selection and knowledgeable professionals. They made me feel comfortable despite my total unfamiliarity with flooring.”

“The Stark showroom at Syosset is a pleasure to shop at and is top notch when it comes to customer service. As an interior designer, I do business with many showrooms, but the Stark showroom in Syosset has to be one of my favorite places to source and purchase beautiful carpeting and exquisite rugs. The entire staff are extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Gary Greenwald, who manages this location, does a fantastic job and is a pleasure to work with. He is always on hand to assist. I must also give a special shout out to Elizabeth Olivier who has been my design partner in crime when it comes to putting together gorgeous, custom rugs for my clients.Highly recommend!!”
