“A couple years late writing this review, but it’s well deserved. We bought a few rugs and a stair runner here and couldn’t be happier—great quality, reasonably priced, and the service was excellent. Robert gave thoughtful recommendations that helped us pick the perfect options. A few years in, everything has held up beautifully even with a messy toddler and a dog running around. Highly recommend!”
“The Stark showroom at Syosset is a pleasure to shop at and is top notch when it comes to customer service. As an interior designer, I do business with many showrooms, but the Stark showroom in Syosset has to be one of my favorite places to source and purchase beautiful carpeting and exquisite rugs.The entire staff are extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Gary Greenwald, who manages this location, does a fantastic job and is a pleasure to work with. He is always on hand to assist. “Customer service was awesome! I needed them to hold my carpet for two months because I was going through construction, they were very accommodating and easy to work with. The installer was professional, friendly and thorough. Everyone from receptionist, salesman, scheduler, installer and owner were on point! Highly recommend!!!”
