“Sometimes it's just good to buy things on a brick and mortar store. I just had a laptop I bought from a seller through Amazon crash. It was costly and difficult to try to get the warranty honored and within a month, it still crashed. I bought a new one, on sale at Best Buy and purchased a 3 year warranty to have it repaired by the Geek Squad, even if I drop it or spill coffee on it. The beauty is, I can take it to them and hand it over and pick it up when it's done. It cost me $189 to pay for insured shipping plus return shipping to get it 'repaired' by the Amazon seller and it still crashed. No more. Best Buy for the win!”
“First thing, the store is clean. Second, employees are welcoming. Yesterday, I spilled the coffee on the coffee counter. I felt bad. One of the young employees cleaned it all and gave me another free coffee. I am thankful but still felt bad for spilling the coffee all over the counter. Thank you again.”
