“After dealing with incompetence at Roosevelt field tmobile, I went to East Meadow location. Two Kevins managed to help me in less than 2 mins. Roosevelt field just kept trying to pass the buck to Samsung. They had me go back and forth 4 or 5 times, aggravating me further. So thank you Kevin and Kevin!!
Katrel was so helpful! My son's phone was broken and we wanted an upgrade as well. Another employee told us that we had to call the insurance company, send the phone out, wait for it to come back fixed, THEN go back for the upgrade; in order to.get the full trade i amount. I needed my son to have a phone because it's the only contact I have with him when I'm at work. The old one wasn't holding it's charge, so waiting was not an option. We went back to tmobile the next day and Katrel gave us different options. We were able to get the new phone that same day, without the extra steps; and without any extra fees. I paid for their 3rd party service to fix the phone for the same amount my deductible is, if I had to mail the phone in.
So, thanks so much to Katrel! He's very pleasant to deal with as well and being helpful.”

“I've been going to this 7/11 almost everyday for 7 years now. Every employee I've encountered over the years has been really friendly, not like that one old lady at the N. Jerusalem location who is rude. Sometimes the floors and counters are dirty, but I attribute that to bad timing when I arrive as it is clean for the most part.
One thing I will say is that they stopped leaving out napkins by the drink machines a few years ago. Sometimes I accidently spill a slurpee trying to fill it up and theres no napkins to clean it up with. You have to ask up at the front to get some. It's probably why it's dirty over there sometimes because theres nothing to clean with.
Overall, a pretty chill location to go to. I frequently chat with the staff here as they know me as a regular.”

Update: It is now 3 years later and we are purchasing new devices with Joe again and the service was still exceptional. Joseph gave us all our options and did not push and that is what we love the most about him. We purchased 2 new phones and an iPad from him and he made sure to spend the time with us to see we were signed back in to all our accounts. Joseph is a tremendous asset to Verizon. We were very great full for his time he spent with us.”
