Love Michael's, but similarly to all their retail locations, their employees stand around and do nothing. Waited 15 minutes for a curbside pick-up order, was falsely labeled as picked up, and I had to go in to get it.

I was looking for a St. Patrick's Day craft for kids and didn't find anything but decorations and clothing accessories (socks, hair clips/bows). They probably had more earlier in the season, so I missed it.

Nice big store with lots of selection. Some prices are high but you can find many things on sale. Not my go too for craft materials, but good for harder to find items.
