Like Michael's for the paints and canvas,at least they have a sale sometimes ,they are expensive otherwise.Wish they carried more on the sewing end, have to go to hobby lobby for material and button variety. But they do carry a wide variety of everything else you need for decorating,baking, parties,showers etc.

I do a lot of crafts and visit this store frequently. They always have everything I want and I sometimes get new ideas while just browsing. The only thing I don't care for is the self check out, but it won't stop me from coming back.

i went to pick up my online order and it was not ready . So I asked if i could get it then instead of coming back . Person was so rude to me with the respond but gave me the product . If you don't like your job that pays you ! why not quit ?. I guess its easy to take it on customer ?

Horrible customer service. I have purchased many items from this store and have never had an issue until now. The first time I ever needed to return something. I brought back a christmas tree that i decided was too short. the the girl at the register asked me if the box was opened and i said yes being honest (because how else would i know that i need to return it) and she immediately said “we don’t take back opened boxes.” When i tell you that this box was EXACTLY the way i purchased it from the store TAPED SHUT. mint condition. I then showed her the whole box and said it’s literally not open right now and there’s nothing wrong with it. it was just too short for my apartment. She said no again so i walked out. then i called michael’s customer care on the phone and even they agreed there was nothing wrong with it. She told me im allowed to return it and to get a manager for her to talk to. so i went back inside when the customer care person on the phone and asked for a manager. They spoke for less than 2 minutes and the manager of this store told the girl on the phone “the store policy is that we don’t accept christmas trees as returns” whichis not what the first cashier said at all. after the guy hung up the phone, he said he needed to ask another in person so that doesn’t get fired. Then the cashier proceeded to whisper talk about me to someone else while i was still at the counter. ridiciulous.Not to mention the UNIVERSAL MICHAELS return policy is if you are unsatisfied with the product you can return within 60 days and has to be new, unused and in original packaging. Neither one of them know their own store’s policy. How on earth would you know whether or not you are satisfied with the product if you don’t open the box?????

I really do not like the self checkout. The counter is too small and no where to put your bag for loding your items in. Ever seans the self checkout it has become difficult to fined and employ to help you fined things if your not suer where to look.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Cashier was very overwhelmed, rude, miserable to be working there. Whoever is giving more than 2 stars to this place is clearly delusional. Their selection isn't so great either. If you could avoid here and go somewhere else, even if it takes longer, please do so. DON'T COME HERE.

Researched items online but decided to go in person because there was a limited quantity of the items I was looking for. Upon paying at the register, I realized that the pricing for two of my items was less online. I asked the cashier if she would adjust the price. She informed me a manager would come over and speak with me. I waited five or 10 minutes and watched as the manager went to assist another customer first. by the manager that they could not match their own stores online price. I was told I could purchase it online, but will have to wait at least an hour to pick it up. I told him what awful customer service that was and then I was a teacher and bought many many items at their location. I really miss AC Moore!

I took my granddaughters there for Halloween decorations, and they loved it. The staff was helpful at checkout, and the line wasn't long.

I bought halloween ceramics to paint and there was no paper to wrap them in that I could see at the self checkout. I asked for some and the woman in the register area had a nasty look on her face and was very short with me when I asked for some paper. she gave off the vibe of how dare I ask her such a question. I left with no paper thank god there was a towel in my car I could use to separate them so they didn't break
