Called on the phone to see if they can blow up my balloons, they said absolutely, go in person not even 3 minutes later and they say there’s too many balloons. (Less than 15). Worst customer service ever

Clean stocked and organized store.
Update as of July 2024:
This review has nothing to do with the employees but with the store policy.
If you are absolutely sure you are not going to return the item/s that you want, then go ahead and purchase otherwise don't buy it and go to Hobby Lobby. The company return policy here is insane. I bought a frame and matte but had to return it because the frame didn't fit the thickness of the matte. But because it's out of the plastic seal it's not returnable. Again the cashiers are great and apologetic, but the policy is just insane.

Literally shipped damaged broken return items when charging for new one. Cracked broken easel with splinters. Instead of refund you get gift cards.

Like Michael's for the paints and canvas,at least they have a sale sometimes ,they are expensive otherwise.Wish they carried more on the sewing end, have to go to hobby lobby for material and button variety. But they do carry a wide variety of everything else you need for decorating,baking, parties,showers etc.
