why is staples not moving with the times, that big store ?? when ppl were only using the print shop printers and happy returns area. Rent a smaller shop , there are tons of them in the area and just make it a return and print shop !!!!!

I needed to get a 16 x 20 photo printed. The first Print out a little Dark. So the representative redid it and it came out perfect That was very nice of her to take the time to do that
