“I desperately needed a couple of gifts and arrived to the store at 8:45pm. The store hours say that they are open until 9:00pm but the majority of stores in this mall were already closed up early. Against All Odds was still open so I ran in and had the best experience!! A sales associate who’s name was Mary went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts!! She did not make me feel rushed at all. It was actually a little past 9:00pm when I cashed out Which I felt terrible about. She was so nice and helpful though and never gave me the faintest idea it was 9:04pm. I’m so grateful and I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Such a great first experience at their store!!”

“It appears that Holly Fratello should be called "Professor Jeans." Apparently with only 3 iPhone photos and a general understanding of my size, she recommended casual and night-out pants. The jeans are currently the pair I wear EVERY day and even sit around in my underwear while that pair are in the wash. (I need to get me a back-up pair ASAP)I was skeptical getting pants as a present, but if I knew in advance these were Professor Jeans' recommendations; I would have unwrapped the package even faster to put the jeans on!What if I was able to work with Holly face-to-face in the store? I did get a little frustrated about the lack of prices on many items. When I took my purchase to the till, the sales associate had to get another person to find the correct price.
We found the stock plentiful, nicely arranged, and well organized. Aside from the lack of price tags.
I bought a beautiful pinkish handbag and matching wallet for my daughter - a birthday present. I'm sure she will be super excited with them both. The price of both the handbag and the wallet were about 1/4 of what I would pay at a regular Guess Store.
Overall, great store - friendly staff - good deals on awesome products!!

“The way this store is handled is great. The staff is more than accommodating. Super friendly. Always solid stock and they check other stock areas if you don't see what you need on the rack. The savings are well worth stopping in. Honestly blows the Galleria J. Crew out of the water...”
“I went in there to find my little girl some cloths for school, having had no previous experience with this brand I was blown away. The lady working in the store was so extremely helpful that my child even willing tried on about a dozen pair of pants!
