“The staff was very nice and greeted us at the door allows us to know that they were closing in 15 min. No complaints about the service or cleanliness. However, it feels like the stuff is organized is a very awkward way with thing of the same kind split in two isles while half of the isle was a different one and the other side was yet another kind of stuff. It was a bit confusing to find what I wanted.”
“Love the store manager Jeremy. I've been living in Wurlitzer park for 30 years and this DG location has never looked or ran better than when he was store manager. They moved him to another location a few years ago and I really noticed the difference that he was gone. So glad they brought him back. I enjoy shopping here.”
“This is the greatest store on the planet I Collett the Ransomville mall just because I live in Ransomville and I live two minutes down the street and I am literally there every single day because there is so much stuff to offer and I don’t have to travel to Walmart or target or hobby lobby Just come to dollar general!!! “At par from the Toronto locations and they carry the travel toothpaste in a huge stockpile that my go to Toronto location didn’t carry. I bought a lot for the Shelter I support and for $1.50/each was such a bargain. I was supposed to buy a sketch book but at the cash I was told it comes in 4, that area was such a mess that you couldn’t tell if it belonged to a set or not. I just didn’t bother”
“Definitely the best dollar tree in the area. One of the best in WNY. For starters, they actually Clearance things to move lol. Doesn't feel like im at Tops with a Clearance item being 2% off lol. Super friendly staff. Especially the night crew!”
“I personally love that family Dollar it's like my second home seriously I literally spend my entire paycheck in that store not on purpose tho I just get out of control lol but there are some times I go to the store and the shelves are completely empty so it is either they need more helpers or it's just the employees that they have their now that doesn't do there JOB RIGHT I been trying to get a job there since they were on main street and it is like they don't hire honest workers well that's all I have to say about that store”

“There's a large selection of cost-effective necessities that one might require in his or her day to day functions. Such items include hygiene products, cleaning supplies, cards and gifts, kitchenware, food product, basic hardware, crafts, school and office supplies, seasonal merchandise, toys, just to mention a few. This is definitely a good place to shop if you're on a budget.”
“Not the most super updated of stores, but they had everything I needed, including a $5 tiny collapsible cooler, lotion that is the exact size I need to bring on an airplane, and sunblock. Well, the sunblock didn't spray, but that's hardly their fault!
The employees were cute and helping each other. When the person in front of us's transaction was taking ages, they pulled her to a different register and helped us. It's just always nice to see people working together, being kind, and caring.

“The crew working at this store have really been amazing. I've been coming to this store since day one from opening day.. I have seen all the ups and downs many different employees come and go and come back again . Shirley really has stepped up not only with the workers she has on staff. But with the store itself the shelves are actually stocked and guess what when something runs out . It's right back on the shelf not months and months later. It's clean organized and a wonderful atmosphere to walk into very friendly. Cookie Chenelle Brandy and Shirley please give yourselves the credit your due. Amazing work ...!!!!”

“I’m happy to see they finally found one of the best workers in the Falls. I’ve known Benjamin for 3yrs. solely from cashing me out at other businesses. He has always been polite, friendly and right on the money. He’s a hard worker! The store actually looked fairly decent inside. It didn’t get 5 stars, because the cashier was rude and distant. I witnessed teens stuff their pockets with candy, while they were waiting for her to gingerly arrive at the register. I advised her after they left (just to let her know they were stealing) She shrugged her shoulders and could care less. She could take a few lessons in customer service from Benjamin. She was clearly agitated when I stated he was a nice gentleman. Ask Benjamin if he has any friends- we need more guys like him in this world?”
