“I personally love that family Dollar it's like my second home seriously I literally spend my entire paycheck in that store not on purpose tho I just get out of control lol but there are some times I go to the store and the shelves are completely empty so it is either they need more helpers or it's just the employees that they have their now that doesn't do there JOB RIGHT I been trying to get a job there since they were on main street and it is like they don't hire honest workers well that's all I have to say about that store”

“The crew working at this store have really been amazing. I've been coming to this store since day one from opening day.. I have seen all the ups and downs many different employees come and go and come back again . Shirley really has stepped up not only with the workers she has on staff. But with the store itself the shelves are actually stocked and guess what when something runs out . It's right back on the shelf not months and months later. It's clean organized and a wonderful atmosphere to walk into very friendly. Cookie Chenelle Brandy and Shirley please give yourselves the credit your due. Amazing work ...!!!!”
“I’m happy to see they finally found one of the best workers in the Falls. I’ve known Benjamin for 3yrs. solely from cashing me out at other businesses. He has always been polite, friendly and right on the money. He’s a hard worker! The store actually looked fairly decent inside. It didn’t get 5 stars, because the cashier was rude and distant. I witnessed teens stuff their pockets with candy, while they were waiting for her to gingerly arrive at the register. I advised her after they left (just to let her know they were stealing) She shrugged her shoulders and could care less. She could take a few lessons in customer service from Benjamin. She was clearly agitated when I stated he was a nice gentleman. Ask Benjamin if he has any friends- we need more guys like him in this world?”
“Took my grand children to let them pick out a treat. This store in the Tractor Supply plaza on Military is awesome. Always well stocked and so clean and organized. The kids enjoy looking and picking our a couple things. Staff is always polite and friendly.”

“Not the most super updated of stores, but they had everything I needed, including a $5 tiny collapsible cooler, lotion that is the exact size I need to bring on an airplane, and sunblock. Well, the sunblock didn't spray, but that's hardly their fault!
The employees were cute and helping each other. When the person in front of us's transaction was taking ages, they pulled her to a different register and helped us. It's just always nice to see people working together, being kind, and caring.

“Definitely the best dollar tree in the area. One of the best in WNY. For starters, they actually Clearance things to move lol. Doesn't feel like im at Tops with a Clearance item being 2% off lol. Super friendly staff. Especially the night crew!”
