“I’ve lived here 2 years, so far 0 issues. This post office deserves a higher rating than they have. A lot of the negative reviews are people who are just mad about 1 single mistake. The mail is still delivered by human beings and occasionally they will make a mistake. One mistake out of thousands of correctly delivered items isn’t really a good reason to trash your local post office on google in my opinion. They have been nothing but kind, courteous, and helpful in my dealings with them.”
“Huge shout out to Valerie and Doug! They are in the unique position of working at a post office in the middle of a tourist district. People come in all day asking for information on washrooms, parking, restaurants, directions, Shaw Plays and so on. Not actually needing anything from the actual post office. We witnessed this first hand when we went in to buy stamps. I very impressed, these two deserve some recognition from city council as they really are Ambassadors to your lovely town. Well done Valerie & Doug!”

“Nice option for neighborhood area. Full service within walking distance if in Little Italy shopping district. Free City Parking Lot a half block away. No parking in front but nice because there is 2 drive up curb side mail boxes. You don't have to get out of your car if just mailing already stamped mail. Inside Mail personel knowledgeable and Friendly. They Have Post Office boxes. Also carry boxes, padded envelopes and regular envelopes for special mailings, with weighed mail service , of course Regular Stamps, Commemorative Stamps, and Collector Stamp Information. 💖 I Love our Neighborhood Post Office.🇺🇸💌📬😃😎💕”

I was told that it doesn't cost a cent to change your address, so any website etc Debbie where the link is from that is trying to charge you, especially the ones really pushing it be done online - ASK SCAMS -BE SAFE FOLKS ✌️♥️???”

“This is a small post office. Be mindful that it does serve a bigger community now-so depending on when you go, it might be a little busy. They are closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30. The lady at the counter is friendly. Parking is on the street”
“I have had nothing but an extremely positive experience with 95% of the people of encountered here and the other 5% was just because I was unable to get the information I needed. They are pleasant and knowledgeable. And in regards to the 5% the person was gracious and kind and apologized for not knowing the answers to the questions I had, so 5 stars all the way. I high recommend going here specifically. ?”
“Recently I traveled over border from Canada to get a few partial sent to weld in the US due to Canada Post strike in Canada the service will really good lot of people online from Canada I got my parcel scent on it way to the family member in the US so I'm really grateful that you know for USPS least they don't go on strike I boohoo Canada Post on strike”

“The service here is A+!!
Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, lobby and mailbox areas are clean.
However, there is only 1 dedicated parking spot for USPS customers (15 min parking) and it is often taken (not by a postal customer) leaving you to park way over by campus security (about 10 min walk).
There used to be two USPS parking spots years ago and that was much better.”
