My one calico cat tends to give doctors a hard time, but Dr. Ruest did an awesome job and I can tell both cats were more comfortable here. I had numerous people recommend this facility and I'm happy I chose it for my babies.”

It's especially stressful when trying to get them an appointment and your options are limited. Our regular office just couldn't fit him in, but graciously provided 6 numbers of places to call. 5 out of 6 turned us down. All but Lewiston.
We got in quickly, they retrieved his records from the regular vet. They worked with the budget we had all while keeping Steven's well being and safety a numer one priority and clearly communicating costs and procedures as they were happening. They even provided a soft fuzzy blanket for him to rest on in between examination and procedures. We were STRESSED but ALL staff and Vet were understanding and supportive not only to our cat, but to us.
We couldn't be more grateful for their quick, compassionate response. Thanks to them our valued family member Steven is on his way to feeling much better from his injury.
