They identified the problem for us within 10 minutes, gave a good estimate on a new alternator, and then even squeezed us in next day! She was back on the road less than 24 hours after a major repair was needed. They were awesome”

On my most recent visit, Anthony did an oil change and mounted and balanced a set of snow tires for me for an upcoming road trip. Unfortunately I didn’t give myself a ton of time to get those things done but they were able to take care of my vehicle the next day! Price was very reasonable which you can almost never say anymore. “A really honest and trustworthy man who went out of his way to make repairs to my car. Facing over a 1000 dollar repair bill quoted by another facility, Ray said not to believe what they said. Another of his customers had just had that experience with that other facility, and was told that he needed 4 wheel bearings replaced. ( told me rear 2). No symptoms on mine, the other car just needed brake pads on drivers side rear. Ray fixed my air conditioner problem, helped me with passing state inspection and will repair muffler noise next week. Thanks for everything Ray.”

“You never *want* to have to buy a car because your old one died. But, I recently found myself down one Jetta recently, and after doing a cursory search of the Rochester subreddit, I heard many good things about Jessica nee Molye Chevrolet.
Not only were the Bolts on my mind for the ecofriendliness, but the tax credits and price point made it all the sweeter. After reaching out using the online portal, I soon heard from Sales Specialist Karen.
Karen was kind, attentive, and client-centered. Did I want to chat over the phone, or did I prefer email? What is my commute like? Have I driven an EV before? Karen was not pushy in the least, and in point of order, she challenged me to think on my driving needs and what model would be most appropriate for my use case.
I saw Karen speak at a public green energy event in Lima, and was won over by her affable and pragmatic pitch for driving electric. In truth, my adoption is less to do with being ecofriendly, but seeing family and friends go electric with little hassle, and enjoying some sweet, low maintenance cars as a result.
Karen was a breath of fresh air in a market of "sign, sign, sign" sales associates, and supported me from salutation to sale. The day I picked up my car, I was just behind a fella who was on his 7th truck bought through Jessica Chevrolet - and I can certainly see why!”

“I called around 1pm yesterday because I had a nail in my tire. I had already called so many shops who were too busy to take me. Townline had a full day of appointments and they were totally booked, but they made time for me because they knew it was an emergency! Out of the many shops I called this was the only shop who considered my situation and made the time for me. Not to mention it was already late in the day when I called. “Excellent, friendly service and eager to help us out when we were in a bind. Our son slid off an icy road on New Year's Day into the woods and landed in a shallow creek. (He was fine, but the truck suffered a lot of damage.) Several tow places did not respond to the call from our insurance company, but Bald Hill was very agreeable to helping, and went the extra mile in taking care of our truck with plastic so no more water damage would occur. The bill was initially higher than what our insurance company would cover, but they were able to negotiate with the tow company to get it down to a level that they would cover. We are very thankful that we had a caring tow operator to help us out in this time of need. It made a bad situation a little bit better!”
