“I had two issues with my checking account that impacted my personal finances NOT due to Ridgewood Savings bank. As always when I go to the Ridgewood bank in Lindenhurst I am always greeted with a smile and courtesy and how can I help you. I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Carlos Moreira, Customer Service Supervisor. The patience and knowledge this man gave to me was unbelieveable. He put alot of time and engery to solve the complicated problem. He is definitely knowledgeable of his position and handled each part of the problem carefully and efficiently. When I came into the bank I was not sure how it was going to turn out, but he reassured me it would all turn out well and it did.I can't thank him enough for the courtesy and kindness and the results he accomplished for my situation. I can honestly say with all sincerity that he is a professional in every sense and an asset to Ridgewood Savings bank.”

“One of the nicest capital ones. Quiet and clean. 24 hour ATM inside and 2 24hr drive up ATMs. There were a few tellers working and the line moved quickly. The entrance is off of high st behind the bank. The first driveway is for the ATM access and the second driveway is for inside parking. The first couple of times I came here, getting to the drive up ATM was disorienting - you can not access them from wellwood, where the GPS takes you.”
